Owners and tenants start with a phone number. No agent package is required to create an account.
Post a listing free
Add the rent, location, home type, bedrooms, photos, and viewing details. Publishing is free of charge.
Receive tenant interest directly
When a tenant is interested, the owner receives the tenant name and phone number. The tenant only receives a confirmation.
For listers
Put your rental in front of tenants and receive direct leads.
Use the dashboard to create drafts, add photos, and publish when the listing is ready. You can post a room, HDB, condo, studio, or landed home.
When a tenant expresses interest, HomeBoleh sends the owner the tenant's phone number. The tenant does not receive the owner's phone number from HomeBoleh.
